Tali date DEVONO
essere inserite, rispettivamente, all'interno dell'elemento <encompassingEncounter>
<effectiveTime>/<low> e dell'elemento <effectiveTime>/<high>.
Entrambe le date DEVONO essere codificate all'interno dell'attributo @value come riportato
in tabella.
